TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC terms and conditions, including those rules and policies published at http://www.arrowheadtipis.com, posted at The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC and their management team.
I understand all rates, specials, terms and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
PAYMENT: I understand that I must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license to make a reservation and camp. Payment in full is due at the time of reservation.
DEPOSIT: I understand that 100% payment for the stay is required upon booking via a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). No partial payments are accepted. Payments in cash must be made in person prior to the arrival date to hold the reservation. Reservations will not be held without payment in full.
RATES: I understand the nightly rates are based on four person occupancy, with a listed maximum occupancy of 6 per tipi, which allows for parents and their immediate dependent children. We will allow up to two additional adults or children to stay on the site as long as the total number of guests does not exceed 6 persons. Additional guests above the included 4 person occupancy are subject to an additional $15 charge per guest for a maximum 6 person occupancy per site.
As a guest I understand I may have family/friends come in to visit me during my stay and am aware there is a charge involved if they should like to stay overnight. See Office Staff.
The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Premises are privately owned and THE ARROWHEAD TIPI RESORT, LLC MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Management reserves the right to ask any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Rules & Policies or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others.
CLEANING FEES: All reservations will be assessed a $25.00 cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS: I understand this is an outdoor “Camping Experience”, weather and wildlife are beyond the control of The Arrowhead Tipi Resort and it’s staff. All tipis are equipped with sewn in critter-guards and insect netting, they are also climate controlled with air conditioning, dehumidifiers, heaters and/or heating blankets to the best of the resorts abilities. I further understand that these are canvas structures and though every effort is made there is a limit to the climate control abilities in the harshest extremes of cold or hot weather. I am also aware that insects and wildlife are a part of camping and fully understand that management lives on the property and are willing to help remove or eradicate pests when made aware but cannot control them at all times. Additionally, the pavilion is equipped with outdoor fans and the bath house is climate controlled with central heat and air for guest comfort. However, it is my full understanding and agreement that credits or refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature, weather or wildlife.
I understand the Arrowhead Tipi Resort refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:
REFUND POLICY: I understand cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made. Reservations cancelled less than 1 week of the arrival date will be refunded less 50%.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to Holiday Weekends will not be refunded.
CHILDREN: I understand children under 13 must be supervised AT ALL TIMES by an adult (21) or older, parents, or guardians are responsible for all minors under 18. This includes damage or theft to the resort including but not limited to damages to linens or furniture in the tipis, leaving the water running in the restroom sinks or showers, removal or unnecessary use of fire extinguishers, damages to the property, ponds or fence lines, or removal, theft, and/or damage of merchandise in the gift shop.
ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES: I understand as a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others. I understand The Arrowhead Tipi Resort is an outdoor “Camping Experience” with some gravel paths and natural walkways so as not to interfere with the local flora and fauna. I understand the resort encourages footwear to be worn at all times when outside of the office, restrooms or tipis due to the possibility of rocks, sticks, briars, cactus, stickers or stinging insects on the ground that could harm my feet or the feet of those in my party.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE ARROWHEAD TIPI RESORT, LLC, its owners and agents (collectively, The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC property, facilities, amenities, pavilion, games (collectively, The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Premises).
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ARROWHEAD TIPI RESORT, LLC, its owners and agents (collectively, The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Management), from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) that may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
PRIVACY: It is understand that all persons who enter The Arrowhead Tipi Resort premises constitutes permission to be photographed throughout the duration of their stay. The use of any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose, I.e. marketing, social media, without compensation to the individual is permissible. Every effort will be made to ask permission prior to taking photographs and their use for said lawful purposes. See also Privacy Policy
PETS: I understand The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC does not allow outside pets. Documented service dogs are allowed but must provide up to date vaccinations prior to arrival. I am aware they must stay on a leash at all times and pet waste must be picked up. Emotional Support animals are not allowed. I understand The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC reserves the right to ask that a service dog be removed from the premises if they are disturbing other guests or destroying property. I understand service dogs are not allowed on any Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC furniture and any damages incurred will be charged to the card used at the time of the reservation. WILDLIFE: I understand it is my responsibility to NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE! Take trash to the dumpster each night. Burn food off BBQs. Put Coolers, food and water inside a container that can be secured at all times. The Department of Wildlife considers it a crime to do anything that could attract wildlife to a camp ground.
SMOKING AND DRUGS: I understand all tipis, reception areas, office, bath house and grounds are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed within 25 feet of the tipi sites or any other structure to prevent smoke from entering through doors / windows. Smoking is is not permitted on The Arrowhead Tipi Resort grounds at all outside of the parking lot. Be aware that during fire bans the only location where smoking is allowed is inside your vehicle. Please extinguish cigarette butts properly if smoking in your vehicle and do not put any butts on the grounds due to fire hazards. For the comfort of other guests and the smell residue such products can permanently leave into the canvas of the tipis this includes vape products as well. Marijuana and other drug use is not allowed on The Arrowhead Tipi Resort LLC premises. Any individual caught smoking or ingesting drugs will be asked to leave without a refund. I understand any Violation of this policy will incur a $250 fee.
FIRE: I understand that for the safety of other guests and wildlife, no fire, lit candles, incense, or tobacco items are allowed inside the tipis. Campfires are authorized by the office in designated fire pit areas only. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME. The Arrowhead Tipi Resort adheres to all County, State and Federal fire bans and as a private campground, we reserve the right to ban fires at any time. I understand fires are only permitted in designated fire rings and pits and must not be moved for any reason. All fires must be attended to at ALL TIMES and must be fully extinguished at bedtime or when not present. Campfires outside of the DESIGNATED CAMPFIRE AREAS ARE PROHIBITED. Fire extinguishers are located in marked areas.
TREES AND FIRE WOOD: I understand that to preserve the enjoyment of the trees in our campground and the surrounding area, only firewood purchase from or provided by The Arrowhead Tipi Resort may be burned. I understand that this property is under Agricultural Timber Management and this policy is to help prevent the spread of invasive pests and diseases. Under the encouragement of environmental sources, I understand The Arrowhead Tipi Resort will confiscate carry in firewood. Pests and diseases that attack the trees of the campground can be a serious problem with the understanding that state and federal fines up to $1,000 apply for violations of firewood quarantines.
QUIET AREAS: I understand that quiet hours must be observed from 11PM-8AM for the comfort of all guests.
DAMAGES: It is understand that all damages, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC Management. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged furniture, writing on walls, platforms or mattress covers, and ripped or torn tipi canvas, ripped/torn or cut ropes, mattresses or covers.
I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all The Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC rules, policies and/or regulations posted online or on the resort premises. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay.
