ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION
CHECK-IN: Check-in is between 1-5pm. Please call to arrange a later check-in as necessary. Checkout is 11:00 am unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.PARKING: Visitors must park vehicles in the designated parking areas only. (no parking at the tipis)
ATV's: Visitors are not allowed to bring in or ride ATV's on Arrowhead Tipi Resort, LLC property.
BEHAVIOR: Our resort is family-friendly! Any behavior that threatens the safety or well being of guests or staff including vulgar language will not be tolerated. Illegal drug use, fighting, and/or vandalism will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to and evict anyone, without refund, for behavior that is considered detrimental to the campground or fellow campers including but not limited to:
- Refusing to follow any Arrowhead Tipi Resort rules or behavior guidelines
- Stealing or damaging property (personal or Arrowhead Tipi Resort property)
- Refusal to cooperate with staff
FIREARMS: Firearms are prohibited on the Arrowhead resort. All firearms must be unloaded and secured in a personal vehicle when on the premises.
FIREWORKS: Fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the Arrowhead resort premises at any time.
CAMPFIRES: No camp fires outside of the designated fire pit area are allowed. Burning is governed by the local fire restrictions in place during your stay and will be posted on-site.
ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in your registered site only. No alcohol in communal areas or public intoxication will be tolerated.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any tipi at any time.
QUIET TIME: We request all guests observe quiet times 11PM-8AM for the comfort of all guests.
CHILDREN: Children 13 and under must be attended at all times and at their registered site or under adult supervision between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please be considerate of your camping neighbors and refrain from entering tipis or another camp-site without invitation from that camper.
PETS: Pets or other emotional support animals are not allowed. (service dogs only are welcome - see Terms and Conditions page for more information)
CLEANING FEES: All reservations will be assessed a $25.00 cleaning fee.
TRASH AND FOOD: Please put all trash in the provided receptacles and secure the lid to prevent unwelcome nocturnal “visitors” such as possums or raccoons. Do NOT leave out dirty cookware or food wrappers in your tipi at any time. Please keep in mind this is a campground with abundant wildlife so secure food stuffs at all times.
WILDLIFE: Please understand Wildlife encounters are a possibility that we cannot anticipate or control. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Currently we have never had any dangerous encounters.
INCLUSIVITY: Everyone is welcome and included without regard to race, color, religion, citizenship, or sexual orientation.
